At Modern Architecture Services we work with our clients to develop the project that suits their needs and exceeds their expectations. Weighing both function and form together, we understand that there is a balance to strike when it comes to great design. We take pride in the relationships (friendships) we've formed with our clients and vendors along the way, and we design the spaces that we would want to live, work, and play in ourselves. Modern Architecture Services specializes in single- and multi-family houses. We work with individuals, construction teams, real estate agents, and developers to create spaces that balance modern aesthetics and practical function.
MAS: Modern Architecture Services was founded in 2016 after 11 years in the design/build industry. Before transitioning our business to MAS, we served our client's as The Building Workshop, offering both Architecture and Construction services since 2005. We rely on our many years in construction to inform our designs to exceed our clients' needs.

MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING

Increasing housing density must be given thoughtful consideration to address the use of shared spaces, personal privacy, and sociability of neighbors. We consider our 10+ years of expertise designing single-family housing as the foundation of our expansion into multi-family projects. We have several projects breaking ground in 2018.

The relationship we share with the spaces we inhabit is one of the most essential dynamics, and it drives us to design our residential projects with function and beauty in mind. Communities are built and strengthened within well designed spaces. We create environments that cater to the needs of developers, the operations of commercial tenants, and the habits of their patrons. We expertly address the design and permitting of tenant improvements. For commercial property owners and developers we conduct feasibility studies, strategic project plans, and constructability reviews. We use our 10+ years in construction to inform our design decisions to ensure efficient project execution.
